Overview

Nulon Radiator Flush and Clean is a non-acidic cooling system cleaner that removes insulating sludge, scale, and residue in a single 20-minute operation.

Recommended before any coolant change, radiator removal, or when switching coolant brands.

Fitment / Notes
  • Note: Exercise caution when removing radiator cap — release pressure slowly to avoid scalding.
  • Turn heater on and add R40 to a warm radiator.
  • Run engine for 20 minutes minimum (no longer than 1 hour).
  • Stop engine and allow to cool. Drain system via bottom radiator hose or drain cock.
  • Flush and rinse thoroughly. Refill with Nulon R45 Ultra Cool or appropriate coolant.
  • Start engine, check for leaks, and top up as required.
